The Thaumaturge is an isometric role-playing game with a deep plot, a unique tactical combat system, character development, detective elements and difficult moral dilemmas in a world of mysterious otherworldly forces and mysterious creatures, salutors.
Warsaw, 1905. The city lives under the yoke of the Russian Empire. People of many destinies, views and origins collide on its streets - from Russian soldiers to Jewish merchants and Polish bourgeois. However, despite everything, Warsaw remains a seething metropolis, where in one evening you can attend a lavish banquet and lose your wallet in one of the dark alleys of the city, where high hopes are inseparable from dark desires.
Thaumaturgy is both a gift and a curse at the same time. Thaumaturge Victor Shulski is no exception. Family affairs force him to rush into the bustle of the Warsaw streets. In principle, his gift itself is also a family affair, since his ancestors also possessed it. Thaumaturgy has determined the path of Victor's life, who seeks out otherworldly creatures and those they have possessed. These creatures, called salutors, can only be tamed by thaumaturges. And only they can see the secrets hidden in the human soul and speak with the Darkness. Victor knows better than anyone that everyone has their own demons.
