Installation:

Download to a non-system folder on your hard drive without Cyrillic on the path.
Launch the game from the FarmingSimulator2022Game .exe file along the path ...\Farming Simulator 22\x64 .
Play.
Remove the " read only " attribute from the flt.ini file before changing the language. The default is Russian. On the path ...\Farming Simulator 22\x64 in the flt.ini file, change the line Language =russian to another one, which you need .
